Travel Advice and Immunisation Clinics

We offer a travel clinic service to ensure that wherever you travel that you stay safe and healthy. The Practice Nurse will talk to you specifically about the travel health advice for the country or countries that you're visiting. The Nurse will assess which vaccinations or treatments you will need depending on your current health, itinerary and any planned activities.

Some travel vaccines are usually free on the NHS. This includes:

Free Vaccines

Diphtheria, Polio and Tetanus boosters

Typhoid vaccine

Cholera vaccine

Hepatitis A*

Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B combined vaccine

Vaccines you would usually need to pay for include:

REMINDER: You need to book an appointment with travel nurse a minimum of at least six to eight weeks before you are planning to leave the UK, this is because some vaccinations require more than one injection over a course of weeks.
