Brent Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service which provides psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders.
Talking Therapies and counselling services are suitable for people with problems which have arisen fairly recently. Feelings of low mood, anxiety, particular fears or problems coping with daily life and relationships, people with long term health conditions are all suitable for brief focussed talking therapies.

Are over the age of 18 and resident of Brent or registered with a GP in Brent.
How can someone be referred?
Patients can refer themselves to the service by phoning 020 8206 3924. You can also make a self-referral online by visiting our CNWL Talking Therapies Service website.
A referral can also be made by a GP or any health or social care professional.
The service is available Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 5.00pm. Late appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.00 - 7.30pm. Appointments at 8.00am are available on request.
